Question – 

How does IQ Boilers work?
Answer –
IQ Boilers make your boiler install experience as pain and stress free as possible. You simply go through our boiler search tool, pick your boiler and controls, choose your install date, upload some pictures if you can and then choose your method of payment at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email and a call from our team to answer any questions you may have. Easy as that…..


Question –
Does all prices include installation?
Answer –
Yes. All our boiler packages include installation by IQ Boiler’s engineers.


Question –
Do you offer finance?
Answer –
Yes, we currently offer finance through Koze Finance. This is available on all our range. Once you select ‘Apply for Finance’ in the checkout, you will receive a pending install confirmation and a text will be send to you with a link to apply. Your install date will remain held on our system and updated once a decision has been made. If you choose to not go with finance, you can contact us, keep your install date and pay by card/cash/bank transfer on the day.


Question –
Are there any extra’s? Or is the fixed price final?
Answer –
Our ‘Get my Fixed Price’ tool calculates your price based on your answers. It includes everything – Boiler, Controls, Install, Magnetic Filter, Chemical Flush, Pipework, Fittings and Flue. We will upgrade your Gas pipe for free if required also.
The only extra costing involved would be if you require access equipment to install the flue pipe. This only applies to flats above 2nd floor or vertical flue pipes going through the roof. This can be arranged through us but we will discuss any concerns prior to the job.


Question –
Will you take all rubbish and my old boiler away?
Answer –
Yes. We are SEPA authorised carriers for waste and will take care of anything we remove.


Question –
Do I need to activate my new warranty?
Answer –
No. We will take care of the paperwork and register your boiler for the guarantee. Your first point of contact if you have any trouble will always be IQ Boilers and we can sort it out from there.


Question –
Do you do annual servicing?
Answer –
Yes. We will send you a reminder email and text 12 months after installation and you can book this in for a service. Our service cost is currently £50.00.
